Psychological assessment is a team process with clear professional responsibility. Testing and coordination may involve trained team members, while the regulated psychology professional responsible for the file interprets the results, considers diagnosis and approves the final report.
Wendy Bentley, M.A.
Clinical Supervisor
Wendy brings more than 20 years of experience across mental health and education, including counselling, school psychology, teaching and school administration. As clinical supervisor, she supports professional oversight, assessment quality and responsible decision-making.
Garret Froese, M.A., P.A. (Cand.)
Psychological Associate Candidate - School Psychology | Managing Partner
Garret has more than 10 years of school psychology experience and a broader background in child and adolescent mental health. He has provided assessment services across Manitoba, including rural, northern and Indigenous communities, and oversees Elite Psychology's assessment systems and operations.
Kristin Kebernik
Testing Specialist - In Person
Kristin brings more than 15 years of experience in school psychology and clinical therapy, including work involving autism and complex behaviour. She supports in-person testing and helps clients feel comfortable through the assessment process.
Andie Villafranca
Intake Coordinator
Andie has a background in clinical psychology, psychometrics, clinical operations and human resources. She is a primary point of contact for new clients and helps families and referral partners understand the next steps.
Pam Evangelista
Administrative Coordinator
Pam supports scheduling, documents, communication and day-to-day coordination so clients and referral partners receive clear, timely information throughout the assessment process.

Each assessment page and report should identify the regulated professional responsible for the assessment and any applicable supervision arrangement.
